Our culinary journey is led by a master craftsman dedicated to the art of kaiseki. Under the constant mentorship of a two-Michelin-star chef in Tokyo, our head chef Asami san brings a profound understanding of Japanese tradition and technique to every dish. His passion is not just for cooking, but for telling a story with each course, meticulously balancing flavors and textures to create a truly unforgettable and personal dining experience for every guest.
Chef Asami was the winner of both Sushi Contest and Wasyoku Contest at the prestigious Japan’s Treasures World Championship held in Singapore, 2024, and subsequently the judge for 2025 championship in Osaka.
What We Promise
From Japan to Your Table
The journey of our ingredients is what sets us apart. We bypass the conventional supply chain to ensure unparalleled freshness. Our unique process sends the fish directly from the fisherman, through our broker, to Narita Airport and then straight to our kitchen in Johor. This method avoids the normal route through local markets, the central Toyosu (豊洲) market, and multiple export/import wholesalers, guaranteeing that the seasonal ingredients we serve are at their absolute peak.

Our culinary philosophy is rooted in authenticity and refined craftsmanship. Our chef is mentored monthly by a renowned Japanese chef from a two-Michelin-star restaurant in Tokyo. This continuous guidance ensures that every dish is prepared with the same techniques and traditions found in Japan’s most revered ryotei (料亭). From our dashi (出汁) to our cooking methods, we serve authentic kaiseki (懐石) cuisine that honors its rich heritage.
Exclusive and Personalized Experience
We believe that true dining is a journey to be savored, not rushed. To ensure we can pour our heart and soul into every detail, we limit reservations to just four groups each day. Guests can choose to dine in one of our six private rooms, which can accommodate from 2 to 15 people. For a more interactive experience, our bar counter seating offers a rare opportunity to chat with the chef as he masterfully prepares each course.
